Vegan Cinnamon Rolls
Simple vegan cinnamon rolls made with a bread machine dough program.

Sweet Dough
- 1 cup non-dairy milk room temperature
- 3 tbsp non-dairy butter just melted but not hot
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups bread flour all-purpose will also work
- 2 ¼ tsp yeast dry active or instant
Filling
- 3 tbsp non-dairy butter softened
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Icing
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup non-dairy butter softened
Sweet Dough
Add the ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed. Gently spoon in the flour and place the yeast on top.
Run the Dough program.
Pour the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Roll the dough into a rectangle that is about ¼ inch thick.
Filling
Mix the powdered sugar, butter, and cinnamon.
Spread evenly onto the rolled out dough.
Starting from the long end, tightly roll the dough into a log.
Cut the log into 1.5 inch sections.
Baking
Place the roll sections into a 9" x 13" baking pan.
Cover with plastic film or a clean towel and let rise for 30 minutes. They will look noticeably fatter.
Bake at 375 F for 12 to 15 minutes.
