I’m very picky about hummus, so I prefer to make my own that is tweaked to my liking. You will probably hate it, but you can make a revenge batch that I will hate even more. So before this escalates, let’s just agree that your hummus is disgusting to me and that is OK.
Vegan Revenge Hummus
My disgusting version of hummus. You can counter with your horrific version.
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp water up to 4 tbsp for desired consistency
- 1 tbsp chopped olives optional possibly disgusting add-in
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients
- Adjust consistency by adding water as needed and blend until smooth
- Taste and adjust elements as needed
